Happiness... It's a true feel of pleasure. Everyone wish to be happy in their life. We can say that those people  who enjoy their life with what they have is in the state of being happy. They are delightful with their lives.. The main things that makes a person happy is his close relations as well as satisfaction of his needs. Happy people maintains good relationships and do their best for them .

Spending time with the people is that matter the most. If the people around is not likely happy or satisfied it may also affect our performance too. So let's make our surrounded ones to be positive and motivate them to find happiness .

Seeking happiness is the first stage of being happy. When we are ready to lead happy life, at that moment on wards we can find happiness in little things. Even single compliments , smile , care can make a person happy ..Be ready to compliment others in their good things and do care in their bad times.

◆Be real : being real  makes us feel free to do everything because we don't have to hide  anything from others.

◆Accept yourself and Avoid comparison :comparing ourselves with others is the worst thing. Accept your imperfections and  make good changes.

◆Do what you love : if we do something with love it will be more easier to cop up with its difficulties   so do what you love it makes you happy

◆Avoid negative thoughts : sometimes negative thoughts can make us harder and it affects our overall performance. Avoiding negative thoughts can be done by using creating mindfulness.

◆lend them a hand : helping others is the best thing that we can do to spread happiness .

◆Treasure  your success and compliments.

◆ Be creative : do creative activities which make you to think differently and make you anxious about unknown..
